Welcome to Aptaclub Ireland's UA-cam channel. Parenthood is a wonderful journey full of milestones and we are here for you every step of the way - through your pregnancy, baby and toddler stages.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Breastfeeding is best for your baby as it is perfectly suited to nourish infants and protect them from illnesses such as ear infections, stomach upsets, diabetes, eczema and obesity. It is important that, in preparation for and during breastfeeding, you eat a healthy, balanced diet. Infant formula is suitable from birth when babies are not breastfed. Follow-on milk is only for babies over 6 months, as part of a mixed diet and should not be used as a breastmilk substitute before 6 months. It is recommended that all formula milks be used on the advice of a doctor, midwife, public health nurse, dietitian, pharmacist or other professional responsible for maternal and child care.

Thank you so much. I couldnt feed my baby as I'm left handed until I watched this video. Now I know how to do it with my left hand. My baby can finally drink milk!
